starts with healthy diet. Today i am going to share Two healthy Orange tea recipes that will help you in
losing your weight and boost your metabolism. This is a great tea for sore throats and even
better for cough, asthma and many other hidden diseases.
Orange and its peel both are
rich in vitamin c and A, calcium, potassium, magnesium and flavonoids.
They have dietary fiber and natural antioxidant properties. Orange peel is
bitter in taste but good for digestion, immunity and stimulate your
circulation. It is good for weight loss
because it eliminate fluid retention. Natural elimination of cellulite is also
possible due to presences of high amount
of Vitamin B.
Let us start making our Ginger orange slimming
tea.
Ingredients for the recipe are:
Ginger root, about 4 inches (10.2 cm) long
2 cups water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
Peel and slice the ginger root into small
pieces. Put
them in a pot with 2 cups of water and just barely boil.
Fish the ginger pieces out of the water or leave them in.
Add orange juice and Stir.
Add lemon juice. Stir
Add honey, bit by bit. Stir well, as you want your honey to mix in well.
Tea is ready. Drink it mild. This tea is very
low in calorie. You can drink a cup of it in the morning and 1 cup tea in the
evening.You can keep the left over tea in refrigerator and warm it as and when you need it. This orange tea purify your
blood, remove infections from your body and keeps you young . Everyone can take
this tea. People having diabetes don’t add honey to this tea.
You can also prepare tea using oranges peel off.
Ingredients for Orange tea are
2 Oranges peel off. Green orange peel off is
superb for this tea.
2 cinnamon sticks and 3 to 4 cloves
Lets start our recipe:
Wash and Peel off the oranges.
Take a pan add orange peel, 2 cinnamon sticks and 2 to 3 cloves to it.
Add ½ liter water to the pan and boil it
approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, filter the tea.
Drink a cup of mild orange tea in the morning
on an empty stomach for 2 weeks then take 4 days off . After 4 days you can
again continue this tea again in the same manner. Regular consumption of orange slimming tea starts burn your fat cells
and reduce your waist line.
