spinach soup diet for weight loss | Healthy recipes | Amla Soup recipe

Hello Everyone
In this video i am going to share a very healthy and effective weight loss   green soup. It is 100% fat free. This is Amla spinach soup.    For making this recipe we need   1 bunch of spinach  or approximately 20 to 25 fresh leaves of it. Two large size tomatoes.  Two Indian gooseberries. Which are also known as alma.   1 teaspoon Coriander     powder, 1 teaspoon pink salt, 1 inch ginger piece and 1 teaspoon black pepper .
As  you know                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Spinach  is good source of vitamin A, b6, c, e and k.  It is also a rich source of Iron,  copper, magnesium, manganese , phosphorous, niacin and zinc.  Spinach is also rich in fiber, prevent constipation, curbs overeating and very beneficial in weight controlling and breaking down fat cells.
Amla  contains high fibre and vitamin c, good antioxidant. It is good for hair, skin and eyes. It flush out toxins from your body and also helps you in losing your weight. Black pepper also helps in preventing new fat cells formation and boosts your metabolism.  

First of all clean the spinach and wash it twice to remove its dirt.
Chop it .
Roughly chop the tomatoes.
Clean and peel of the ginger.
Add two amla’s. You need not to cut them but put two slits on each of them.
Add  all vegetables to the pressure cooker.
Crush the black pepper with the help of mortal  and pestle.
Add it to the vegetables.
Add two glasses of water in the pressure cooker.
Apply led to it. turn on the flame and wait for two whistles.
After two whistles . turn off the flame .
let it cool its own.
Open the led.
With the help of spatula or ladle take out the amla pieces  and separate the seed from it.
Add amla pieces  back to the  pan.
With the help of blender mix all the  vegetables and make a thick purie.
Your soup is ready. Here i am not adding lemon to it because it is already little bit sore due to amla.
You can take this soup in your dinner . It is very healthy and beneficial too.
